I was responsible for help assist customer with different concerns. Responded to activated alarms throughout the airport and verified the identity of individual activating the alarm. I conducted routine rounds of the airport to identify any possible security breaches, unattended baggage and address the concerns of passengers. I help control the traffic flow coming and departing the airport. I inspected the taxi driver vehicle to verify they are up-to-date with sticker, badge and cleanliness. I responded to the gates for entry verification and unauthorized individuals. I conducted security checks of the parking lot to maintain a public appearance of safety during my shift. I made the proper documentation for lost and found items. I responded to emergencies throughout the airport and made the necessary documentation. I checked email on a daily basis and corresponded with management if needed.
