Started in January 2005 as a Mortgage Loan Originator/ Branch Manager with the responsibilities of developing new loan business and overseeing the daily operations of the branch office. I was responsible for processing all new loans from application to closing. Other responsibilities included all regulatory paper work and keeping up with all regulatory changes and the responsibility of keeping everything in compliance with all applicable regulations.

In January 2024, I purchased the corporation from my former employer. Responsibilities are the same as before, but I now have the added responsibilities of the corporate paper work and the hiring and oversight of all employees of Devor Mortgage Investment Corporation.

Responsibilities included the origination of new loans, meeting with clients and obtaining documentation to get a loan to closing.

Responsibilities included origination of all loan types including mortgages. Preparing paper work, obtaining the required documentation and getting the loan to closing. I was also responsible for making sure our loans met the regulatory requirements as set out by regulators.
