Registered patients for laboratory services. Ordered lab tests. Performed insurance verification and eligibility. Occasionally helped the phlebotomists draw blood samples. Programs used: Cerner, Change Healthcare, Change AHIQA, Availity, WPSGHA, and Navinet.

Interviewed and engaged patients to obtain medical history, chief complaints and vital signs. Removed staples, foleys, drains, and dressed wounds. Refilled prescriptions and completed prior auths. Scheduled patient appointments, and procedures such as biopsies and imaging. Programs used: ECW, Meditech, Epic, and Transchart.
