With over 30 years of professional experience, my mission is to integrate cutting-edge science with customer-centric solutions. My core competencies include Direct and B2B Sales, Customer Relations Management, Laboratory and Clinical Research, and Tailoring Solutions for individual client/patient needs. At Purple, my role transcends sales – it’s about improving lives and ensuring our products genuinely make a difference. My previous tenure as an Academic in Human Biology, Molecular Biology, and Physiology where I focused on discovering and developing Innovative Solutions to cure brain cancer outside of SOC radiation and chemotherapy, along with roles in Tech Sales and Support at Dell Computer and Verigy, Clinical Research at Velocity and Huntsman Cancer Institute, and B2B Sales at Adesa have been pivotal in my career, grounding customer interactions and solutions in robust scientific knowledge and a deep commitment to enhance well-being.
At Purple Innovations I engage directly with clients, utilizing my expertise to provide personalized recommendations for our Gel Flex Grid product to solve or greatly reduce their chronic pain and other sleep and comfort challenges. This role requires a delicate balance of empathy, scientific understanding of our cutting edge technology, as well as human anatomy and physiology. A few highlights include:
As a member of the research team at Velocity Clinical Research, I helped facilitate the Phase 3 Clinical Trials for a variety of studies, including all four COVID-19 vaccines. By insuring strict adherence to protocols, proper reporting of data and collaboration with my fellows, we were able to bring the necessary treatments to the entire world in an unprecedented amount of time.
Assisted the Primary Investigator with data collection and interpretation, recruited new study participants, oversaw medical students' course progress as a teaching assistant and coordinated guest physician lectures.
As part of my preparation for future academic goals, I obtained hands on patient experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
