I provide goal directed interventions to stabilize adults seeking mental health treatment. Provides direct services to adults with mental health illness, and assists them to gain access to medical, social, educational, and other needed resources. I teach clients skills to live independent daily life. Responsibilities include provision of rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, crisis services, as well as documentation of client progress. I also have provided crisis services to 7 counties. I assess clients that range from adults to children in order to make recommendations and facilitate placement if needed for treatment.
