I delivered effective classroom instruction to a range of neurodiverse students, tailoring lessons to meet their unique needs. Utilizing Positive Behavior Support, I redirected students to foster a positive and engaging learning environment while cultivating strong connections and rapport to enhance classroom engagement. I regularly recorded student progress to inform parents and school administration and assisted struggling students by designing individualized lesson plans focused on areas for improvement. My experience includes teaching students across multiple classifications and degrees of special needs, creating and managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to define learning objectives and educational strategies, and applying various instructional techniques to support their goals. I led activities to promote students' physical, emotional, and social growth while modifying general education curriculum using diverse instructional methods and technologies to suit their needs. Monitoring student performance allowed me to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional strategies and maintain accurate records of progress. I collaborated with other educators to develop instructional strategies, provided emotional support to students and families, and taught multiple subjects to students with intellectual or emotional disabilities, ensuring their development and academic success.

I provide goal directed interventions to stabilize adults seeking mental health treatment. Provides direct services to adults with mental health illness, and assists them to gain access to medical, social, educational, and other needed resources. I teach clients skills to live independent daily life. Responsibilities include provision of rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, crisis services, as well as documentation of client progress. I also have provided crisis services to 7 counties. I assess clients that range from adults to children in order to make recommendations and facilitate placement if needed for treatment.
