I am a committed professional with a solid history at SREC. During that time, I have helped developed programs like the QA program and our LEAD program to be successful. I am knowledgeable about procedures and policies. I am skilled in how to effectively communicate with trainees, and the best ways to coach each individual by their individual needs. I am confident I can take on this new opportunity and represent SREC as the Training coordinator.
