As a floral associate at Kroger, my main duties include arranging and maintaining fresh flowers, assisting customers with their floral needs, and ensuring the department is clean and well-stocked. I also help with inventory management and create beautiful floral arrangements for special occasions. It's a creative and rewarding job.

As a Kroger pickup associate, I used a handheld device to process orders, locating and selecting items from the store, and packaging them for pickup. I am also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the storage area for online orders. Finally, I am responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring that they are completely satisfied with their experience.
