- Managed and instructed crew of 15-30 members to effectively maintain foundry equipment, studio, museum grounds and provide proper assistance to artists in order to pour roughly 30,000lbs. of cast iron throughout each July Workshop.
- Worked closely with artists and intern-artists to plan,troubleshoot and execute completion of cast iron sculptures. This included; pattern making, mold making, casting,finishing and final installation.
