As a Business Manager, daily communication and reliability are often revered. Through the childhood experiences of growing up around Atomic Heating and Air, I have collected valuable information about the industry, customer satisfaction, and reliable employee retention. On a weekly basis, I review outstanding and paid invoice to evaluate where the business stands in the industry. Monthly, I check up on current HVAC industry markets to make sure our products are sold for profit.
While working as a Service Technician Assistant, I was able to gain the confidence and experience through hands-on experience. I spent 8-9 hours a day performing maintenance on HVAC systems and truly learning the in-and-outs of the business.
As a Longhorns Steakhouse Host, I was able to presently cater towards customers since this was the main concern for the job. I succeeded through using manners, and understanding the confidentiality of every customer that walked through the door. I worked towards making everybody clocked-in at the restaurant feel like they were part of a team. Team work is crucial in the food industry. I worked diligently in providing for every customer and coworker in the building, and tried to help the manager out is every possible way.
Conclusively, I find myself in a very sporadic place. Having vasts types of personalities, manners, and professionalism helped me to be who I am today. I love where I work, and where I used to work and wouldn't trade a second of either to change where I am at right now.
