- Title research and due diligence work completed in various Texas and Louisiana counties and parishes. (Lease Analyzing, Mineral Title, Working Interest, Area/Lease Checks)
- Assist in compiling mineral histories, researching well files on SONRIS, providing production cards, and production graphs for various wells, analyzing, and confirming the validity of the asset being sold or purchased in several Louisiana parishes.
- Modify various sources of raw data, converting them into a format required to perform mass data imports, inclusive of various field definitions and attributes for potential areas to begin pursuing and acquiring an asset, as directed by any particular client.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and organization of tracts, ownership, contracts, payments, and future obligations input into a client or project-wide SQL database system, working in conjunction with the on-site GIS Department, Project Manager, land acquisition agents, and field title research team.
- Client Reports - Coordinate with client representative and project manager communicating the specific progress and production metrics to be captured on periodic status updates. Report templates compiled using the following file types: .xls, .pbix, and .pdf.
- Produce pre-budgetary cost projections and actual capital budget spending figures throughout the life of any particular project, upon client requests.
- Assist in the compilation of bid packages for prospective client projects. Coordinate with management, visualizing timelines, and associated metrics for manpower and forecasted budget figures for each phase, task, or sub-task included in the scope of work.
- Assist in the design, functionality, and testing of the 'Surface' level of Bluetick (SQL database) for tracking surface easements, contracts, assets, acquisitions, etc. (previously capable of tracking Subsurface/Mineral assets only)
- Create multi-purpose SharePoint sites utilizing various Microsoft 365 applications, organized by client or project, for coordinating and sharing content with internal and external users.
- Assist in creating and granting users specific access and permissions in Bluetick, Network Server, and Cloud Server (FileCloud).
