Additional Information
While serving in the 20th Communications Squadron, it was determined that with my experience I should be moved to the Communications Focal Point where I do any and all initial troubleshooting before tickets are sent to back shops. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting switches, servers and general hardware/software issues that may come up.
Additionally, I am planning to add a certification for CySA before separating from the USAF.
