- Conduct thorough medical screenings to assess donor eligibility for plasma donation.
- Perform finger pricks for capillary blood testing
- Inspect laboratory devices, identify issues or malfunctions within devices, and complete basic maintenance
- Ensure donor safety and comfort throughout the donation process.
- Monitor and respond to potential adverse reactions during and after donation.
- Accurately document donor information and maintain detailed records.
- Operate and maintain automated equipment for plasma collection.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the medical team to address donor health inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized donor center environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by donors or staff.
