During my time with ANM, I performed monitoring of systems performance to promote network speed and availability in a vast number of different environments and clients. My daily duties consisted of troubleshooting and configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware to manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. I also provided high-level connectivity support for corporate and business partner systems, as well as conducted scheduled maintenance during non-peak hours for uninterrupted service.

Managed day-to-day storage equipment administration to promote optimal system asset application. Oversaw storage management, data migration, backups and drive replacements. Monitored application and print servers, rapidly responding to faults and malfunctions. Developed, installed, operated, and maintained the Military’s computer networks and databases. Monitored system performance and made sure the appropriate personnel had access to data. Performed administrative duties including providing user support to military personnel. Provided information security to protect the Military’s computer systems against cyberattacks. Also, orchestrated and oversaw upgrades to system hardware and software.

Troubleshot daily IT desktop client issues, supporting multiple departments and various offices. Created new accounts, reset passwords and configured access to servers and file management software for users. Researched issues on various computer systems and databases to determine resolutions to problems and answer inquiries. Maintained and processed military computer systems and operations. Dealt with highly sensitive information and acquired technical skills and aptitude for programming and computer languages.

Remove and install aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and mechanical flight controls. Service and lubricate aircraft and subsystems. Engine disassembly and repair as well as the repair of hydraulic, fuel and electrical systems. Also played a critical role in keeping Army aircraft and their equipment safe and up to date, performing maintenance on tactical-communications-security, communication, navigation, and flight control equipment.
