Hired to work as a Certified Patient Care Technician in Mother/Baby

• Patient Care - Performs various work duties to ensure the safety and comfort of the mother and her newborn. Including taking vitals, preparing room and cribs, assisting patients with ambulation and daily activities of living, help admit and discharge patient, restocking needed medical supplies, grabbing blankets, & once certified; providing mother and baby lab draws.
• Focused Planning - Plans out the day with tasks that are needed daily, mother or newborn labs, ambulation help, restocking, admissions and discharges, preparing cribs and birth certificate packets.
• Knowledgeable Response - Educated on safe vital signs and maternal early warning signs (MEWS) criteria. Plans ahead to retake vitals based on the circumstance when they are out of the safe limits.
• Nurse Collaboration- Works with nurses on a plan when mother or baby's vital signs are out of the safe range. Gather supplies, organize test set ups, run errands, run lab work, and patients safe ambulation, moving, or using the bathroom. Helps the nurse encourage patients when they are not completing their tasks.

Hired to work as a Certified Anesthesia Patient Care Technician.

• Patient Care - Performs various work duties to ensure the safety and comfort of a patient. Including moving patients safely, providing a clean room & equipment, restocking needed medical supplies, grabbing blankets, & making art lines for surgeons.
• Organized Planning - Reviews the operating room schedule for the day to determine when specific duties need to be completed. Involving getting beds, prepping for surgeries, running labs, and overturning rooms.
• Resolution Management - Responsible for the anesthesia supplies and carts for the OR and L&D units. Reviews supplies we currently have and what is needed, along with taking action to acquire temporary supplies when out.
• Continued Learning - Is immersed in an environment that is constantly expanding in new equipment, new medical knowledge, and changes in OSHA and HIPAA Compliance. Is continuously learning new names and functions for the equipment changes. Involved in a company that actively supplies classes and online courses to expand knowledge.
• Quick Response - Performs a quick response when there are patient safety issues in the operating room. Involves patients needing an IV or Art Line made during surgery, providing support to CRNAs when patients have issues with heart and respiratory rate, ect.

Assisted two realtors specifically and any other realtors that needed help with a specific project

• Technical Learning - Exceeded in learning the company goals and how to use the tools and technology provided. Learned the legal line between what information a realtor vs a realtor assistant could provide.
• Continued Learning - Continuous webinars and seminars and picked up the new processes quickly.
• Customer Focus - Annual Reviews and client appreciation gifts were prepared and delivered to clients.
• Functional and Technical Skills - This job comprised working on the website Salesforce; claiming leads and updating the website, Canva; and designing ads and social media posts, Moxi; to create annual reviews, Xpress Docs to get documents to clients.
• Marketing and Social Media - In charge of both social media accounts. Posting pictures, ads, and helping them to gain more clients through fun interactive tools.

Hired to train current hosts to become coordinators.

• Planning - Opens each morning, coordinating the reservations and tables to set up for the day.
• Customer Focus - Calls and confirms all reservations, certifying we have all the special requests down.
• Organizing - As a coordinator, organize the entire restaurant throughout the day. Including reservations, walk-ins, determining the waitlist, keeping the kitchen updated, and making sure each server has an equal number of tables.
• Multi-Tasking - Along with coordinating the restaurant, answering phone calls, taking and preparing to-go orders, and communicating with servers and managers.
• Strategic Agility - Self-initiated to plan reservations ahead for the upcoming weeks, to spot any issues, and notify other hosts of the days or times we cannot take any more reservations, including days we have private parties where only specific areas of the restaurant are open.
• Deals with Ambiguity - This restaurant is always busy and the guests are not always happy about that along with a multitude of other situations. I am the person who takes the initiative to talk to aggravated guests to try and figure out what we can do to make them happy and enjoy their time. I am now proudly the person every host and server grabs when there is an issue as I am the best person at calming them down and making sure they walk out of the restaurant happy.
