
I’m currently pursuing a business degree at Northwest Vista College while working at the same H-E-B location for almost four years. Working in a fast-paced customer service environment for that long has helped me develop strong time management, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills while balancing both school and work responsibilities. Through my experience at H-E-B, I’ve learned how to understand customer needs, provide excellent customer service, handle money accurately, and remain calm and professional under pressure. I pay close attention to detail, adapt quickly in busy situations, and work well with others to help daily operations run smoothly.
I also enjoy creating a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and coworkers because I believe it’s important for everyone to feel comfortable and supported at work. My experience has taught me the value of teamwork, reliability, and maintaining a strong work ethic. As a business student, I’m motivated to continue growing professionally, gain more experience in the business field, and contribute positively to any team I’m part of.
