ICQA – Safeguarding inventory accuracy and quality by conducting thorough product inspections, optimizing stock levels, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing process improvements.
PICKING - Select products from AR pods based on customer orders.
PACK SINGLES – Carefully package each item in suitable packaging materials, ensuring proper labeling and protection.
PG – Assist the Process Assistant and Area Manager to oversee workflow, coaching associates on proper procedures, identifying and resolving process issues, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and contributing to production goals.
DAMAGELAND – Responsible for identifying, documenting, and managing damaged inventory received at warehouses or during transit. This role requires acting as a damage investigator to ensure proper reporting and take necessary actions to minimize losses related to damaged products.
PROBLEM-SOLVING – Identify and resolve order fulfillment issues, including inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, incorrect shipping details, and other operational problems, using internal systems and data analysis.
LEARNING AMBASSADOR – Responsible for auditing, promoting, and facilitating learning and development opportunities within the Amazon facility by actively encouraging employees to utilize available training programs, acting as a point of contact for learning needs, and generally championing a culture of continuous learning within the workplace.
