Area Impact

• Served as one of the founding organizers of SSV ADP in Area 88, FY25 to alleviate the “talent drain” of promoting many high level Shift Supervisors into ASM roles, backfilling bench with intentionally developed Shift Supervisors.

District Impact

• Established a district-wide Barista ADP in D3051 to build a Shift Supervisor talent bench.
• Working in tandem with DM to champion change initiatives, successfully navigating teams through periods of transition while maintaining morale and engagement levels.
• Store Manager trainer since FY23 and have trained three ASMs.
• Lead in the organization, preparation and successful launch of Automated Counting for all coffeehouses in D492 & D3051.
• Performed four dual-management assignments across D492 & D3051.

Store Growth

• Consistent delivery of a Grow Report rating of 4.5 and higher since the introduction of the new reporting system.
• Elevated Partner Experience Survey score from 85% to 100% in FY25 by fostering a positive work culture and investing in partner development.
• Led growth in Store Total Contribution for the past 12-months, increasing from 6.4% in beginning of FY25 to 11.2% in beginning of FY26.

Roundtables

• Inventory Activator Change Champion for D492 and D3051. Learn about theoretical, testing, and new procedures and products. Provide feedback and suggestions to ideas that can better support teams around inventory excellence.
• Staffing Support. Consulting with coffeehouse leaders to problem solve and align on staffing needs across district portfolio.

• Increased Partner Experience Survey score from 77% to 85% by fostering a positive work culture by promoting teamwork and recognizing individual achievements among partners regularly.
• Developed shift supervisors and led barista training for all new hires and partner promotions.

• Collaborated with management to develop strategies for boosting overall store performance, leading to positive partner commitment, improved customer experience ratings, and higher profit margins.
• Nominated Partner of the Quarter on multiple occasions.
