• As a Guest Advocate team member at Target, I am a “playcaller” meaning I do team leader tasks when they’re unavailable. I manage money-handling tasks, including closing registers at the end of the night and supporting cash office operations. I step up to assist co-workers with cash needs and ensure guests receive clear guidance on prices and promotions. I also train new team members, sharing knowledge to help them succeed, and take responsibility for closing drive-up and guest service areas, contributing to a smooth and efficient end-of-day process.
