One out of the five concepts from the Michelin star owning Castellucci Hospitality Group, The Iberian Pig is an up-and-coming fine dining tapas restaurant located in The Gulch, in Nashville, Tennessee. While helping open up this restaurant, I picked up an array of serving skills in the fine dining world: Having full and intricate menu knowledge, providing exceptional service both on and off the floor, tailoring a guest's experience specifically to that table, etc. Our staff was passionate about maintaining our high quality level of service, and professionalism. This experience completely redefined and elevated my serving abilities.
