As an assistant manager at HWY 55, my role is to keep the place running smoothly day to day. I supervise the staff, ensuring everyone knows their tasks and is properly trained. I'm responsible for managing our inventory, making sure we have just the right amount of supplies without overflowing. Part of my job involves creating schedules, so we’re always ready for rush times. I also handle cash management and assist with budgeting, working closely with the general manager. When customer issues arise, I step in to resolve them and aim to improve their experience. I focus on leading the team with enthusiasm, boosting efficiency, and keeping the atmosphere positive and productive.
