I partnered with Anytime Fitness on a program that any resident that signed up in their gym with proof of residency at Way Pointe West they would get a 20 percent off on their membership for the first three months. We ran the promotion through Way Pointe West apartment's Instagram page and saw the highest numbers of interactions and SEO score that our new site had seen to date with, residents signing up with Anytime Fitness.
- I also had the opportunity to participate in consulting meetings with the Vice President of Brown, Peter Placentino. For example of the type of consulting meetings I engaged with him on was a construction firm, (who can not be name due to company policy) we did a detailed analysis with to determine if they should take a governmental Hud loan for a reconstruction of a large project or if what was needed could be done with budgeting and domestic commercial real estate lenders. This type of research and analysis consulting opportunity was a great learning experience.
