• Liaison with the leave of absence and disability administrator to ensure proper administration of leaves of absence and time off programs consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as with company policy.
• Addresses inquiries on policies and programs from team members, managers, HR business partners and team member relations via email, phone, instant messenger, and the case management tool.
• Manages and provides direction on denied and noncompliant leaves of absence. Coordinate with leader and/or team member on next steps.
• Assists with creation of system data within case management tool to track and follow up on employees extended leave of absences
• Responds, researches, and resolves escalated inquiries into the Human Resources Service Center via telephone, website, or email utilizing all available tools and resources.
• Utilizes procedures, policies, ERP, and other reference materials to aid in answering team member and manager inquiries and resolving issues.
• Accurately documents incoming calls using a case management tool to resolve issues within identified service level agreements.
• Proactively collaborates and escalates issues to Tier II, COE, and HRIS teams on the customer's behalf to ensure the service levels are met.
• Upholds service level agreement metrics regarding commitments to problem resolution time frames. Abides by quality guidelines when handling customer calls.
• Responsible for the onboarding process including recruiting qualified candidates, conducting pre-employment drug screens, interviewing candidates, overseeing/ensuring pre-employment paperwork is filled out correctly, assigning associates to the most appropriate job opening
• Maintaining a healthy relationship between clients andassociates communicating areas of growth to the associateensuring continued support throughout the length of their assignment
