Jacqueline Goldsmith

I work in Drive up and Go picking the communities orders and bringing it out to them. In addition, I help out at register and sometimes stocking when there is a lull in activity.

I have worked at various camps, but mainly achieved the certification just to have the skills for life.

I have helped out in various positions around the county at races, craft fairs, animal sanctuaries, and libraries for more than 150 hours throughout high school.

I worked alongside my co-leaders to plan events for my high school such as prom and graduation. We fundraised over $35,000 throughout the four years.

I lead the volunteer club at my high school helping others find opportunities to devote their time to around the community.

At Plato's, I worked in the backroom doing intake of bought clothes each day. I would efficiently tag, censor and sort the clothes to ensure a back up didn't occur. If necessary, I would occasionally help out on the floor and at the register.

At Crumbl, I was mainly stationed on in-store meaning I did final decoration, boxed up the cookies, and presented them to the customer. From there, I would ensure the customer was satisfied with the product and left wanting to come back. I would run cashier subbing for breaks and call-outs. In this position, I would greet the customer and brief them on our business. This position gave me lots of experience with customer service working with all different ages.

At Style Encore, I worked in the backroom most commonly, but occasionally, I worked at register especially in cases where we were very busy. In the back, I focused on efficiently tagging and censoring while maintaining a clean workspace. The helped ensure a timely closing. When I was at the register, I focused on maintaining a welcoming attitude and a genuine conversation with the customer.
