Provided glucose testing instructions for gestationally diabetic patients, emailed glucose logs. Insurance verification for iron infusions, scheduling and informing patient of cost. Handle phone system and triage call for nursing/doctor.

Filled in for front desk when co-worker was out.

Used E-Clinical works, Phreesia and Scan-Stat.

• Managed electronic health records efficiently, safeguarding sensitive patient information while expediting the referral process.

Performed vital signs x 3. Phlebotomy and blood cultures. Activities of daily living assistance. 12 Lead EKG telemetry set up and recording for patient care. Glucose testing. Preparation of patients to go to Cardiac Catheterization.

Radiation Oncology Patient Coordinator

Greeting patients as they check-in to see Radiation Oncology, MD.

Confirming insurance was correct. After appointment I scheduled follow-up care including imaging (PET, MRI, CT, Bone Density Tests).

Then promoted to Patient Coordinator to Radiation- Coordinating Radiation Simulation and Mask Making for treatments. Managed incoming referrals for Radiation assigned to appropriate Physician and staff. Receive back with recommendations for treatment.
