
I am 25 years old and within the (almost) 4 years I've worked at Vibrant, I've learned many skills to apply to interactions as well as my personal life, to better support callers.
Offering emotional support and crisis management, Utilizing active listening and problem-solving techniques to address immediate needs. I have a strong understanding of mental health principles and compassionate client care.
I am aware of the overall goal of Mobile Crisis but the ability to provide support that allows the clients to collaborate is extremely important to me. Having a choice in the care we receive makes all the difference.
