As a shift supervisor it’s my job to run the store during the shift, lead the baristas and make sure everyone is working in their positions. As well as, Customer service helping customers with their needs and complaints. I have to do inventory counts, handle money (count registers and safe), and ensure safety and health codes and protocols are being followed.

As a front desk receptionist at Gomez Boxing Club, it was my job to greet everyone who entered the building, sign up customers for free trials, memberships, or just day passes. I had to answer the phone, emails, and return voicemails and DM’s on instagram. Cleaning was also apart of my job and I would clean the mirrors, vacuum, clean the equipment, and other things.
