-prepare food for the day and that included;
- Making sure the food is dated correctly so that it's fresh for members to eat.
- Properly measured all ingredients to make sure the food is made correctly.
- Time management- made sure that all food that was put out to be served was disposed after set time.
- Take members orders using a cash register, and accept cash or card payments
- Make sure that the environment is well clean and sanitized by cleaning through out my whole shift.
- Inventory- counting all food, and condiments
- Customer service-ensuring all customers are well taken cared of in a timely manner and satisfied.
- Showing compassion to all members, being an active listener, and showing integrity.
- Front desk/member support- working behind a desk assisting members with getting their membership started, refunds, and returns.
- Concierge- personal shopping for the elder or disabled. This help build connections with our members, and allowed my customer service skills to expand even more.
- Greeting customers at the main entrance door to ensure a positive environment, and making sure everyone has a membership card to shop.
- Pricing analyst- helped determine what prices to set and whether current rates need adjustment.
