• Supported the quality assurance department by researching package addresses, performing damage package reports, repacking breached packages and ensuring that all packages on the dock not delivered had the appropriate service code.
• Filing of documents based on company retention compliance.
• Dispatching contractors and a drivers by provided all the necessary documents for route and delivery support.
