- Utilize SAP system as well as Celonis to extract production numbers, customer instructions, manage orders, monitor Shipment and Deliveries to ensure OTIF goals.
- Share open cut reports and open TO transfer order reports with Supervisors Leads, Managers and Front office team members to help manage daily load building and OTIF goals.
- Manage individual workloads, delegate work orders and various tasks to team members as appropriate;
- Review team members timecards daily ensuring accuracy, addressing discrepancies, and approving or denying time-off requests as needed through ADP software.
- Complete Daily QC audits to evaluate proper quality procedures are being followed.
- Complete Daily gemba walks and process checks throughout the warehouse to ensure everyday SQDC and 5s processes are being followed.
- Manage work order tracker to ensure warehouse equipment is being serviced and repaired in a time manner.
- Run DHP huddles with respective shifts, as well as meeting weekly T3 DHP with management.
- Meet weekly with Value Stream Manager in order to debrief weekly goals, projects, concerns and develop and weekly game plan for work load and operations.
- Conduct daily Supervisor safety interactions. Ensure Southwire team members are aware of our daily and monthly IFE percentages. Support and attend safety committee monthly meetings.
