As a manager of Waterway, I have taken on greater challenges than I have in my previous two years with the company. In addition to guiding to team to be the best version of themselves possible, I took a huge responsibility leading our sales team. While in charge of sales, I led our location to the best performance it has had since being opened and broke several store records. In addition to this, I assisted in the opening of the company's newest and largest store in Richmond Heights, Missouri, overcoming new challenges each day to allow myself to grow and assist those around me to aswell.
During my tenure as a Team Lead for Waterway, I helped oversee the training of new employees, regulate operations, and took charge of both greeting and assuring satisfaction to upwards of 400 cars and customers per day.
As a line associate, I learned the fundamentals of how to operate within the company. Customer service standards, how to clean the cars correctly and efficiently, and other basic maintenance tasks that came along with cleaning cars
