- Aortic Valve and Ascending Aorta Replacement Survivor (08/2021). I was born with a genetic defect in my Aortic valve (bicuspid valve). I had surgery to repair and replace my valve and several inches of the aorta to repair an aneurysm. I've been cleared for a complete return to sports training and have since used the experience to speak with, and help others in similar situations

Hobbies
Fitness - Rock Climbing, Weightlifting. The goal is to enjoy the process. Whether it's learning a new lift or improving my technique. I enjoy the slow and intentional steps required to grow as an athlete.
