• Ensured ERP budgeting activities were sufficiently detailed for the application development team to build business processes into Dynamics AX.
• Led the change control council to manage the release of new software development updates.
• Supported testing activities, working with the business and consultants to ensure business processes were accurately depicted and error-free.
• Supported the roll-out of the new system first in the Germany office, then followed with Flow's HQ in Seattle.
