Perform set-up, operation, and accomplish precise alignment of assigned lathe, mill, and balance machines to extremely close tolerances.

Accurately perform and document operations and inspections as stated in the Quality Manual.

Recognize deviations in proper machine performance; trouble-shoot and implement corrective actions.

Work from process sheets, engineering drawings or specifications, sketches and written or oral instructions to machine various products.

Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on assigned machines.

Work in a fast-paced, high volume team environment.

Support and maintain overall shop efficiency by keeping work areas clean and safe.

Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and safety-oriented work.

Perform other duties as required based on assignment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate equipment, and monitor production processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations.

Report production in written and electronic documents in accordance with good documentation procedures (GDPs).

Troubleshoot issues and review documentation as appropriate.

Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain individual training plan.

Demonstrate proficiency at laboratory tasks, such as monitoring pH, conductivity, product sampling, etc.

Perform material movements, transferring materials and chemicals in, out, and across the production areas.

Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization, supporting 6S programs.

Attend shift exchange, meetings, and send/receive emails as part of administrative tasks.

Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Assists in performing year round highway maintenance activities and projects involving operation of vehicles, trucks, manual and specialty labor skills in the operation of hand tools, power tools and motorized equipment used for highway maintenance, construction activities, and for emergency traffic services for the NH State Highway System, Emergency maintenance and emergency snow plowing.

Responsible for keeping the store front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean. Also responsible for stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays, completing sales preparation, and greeting customers on the sales floor. May also require occasional delivery of parts/products to professional customers.

• Assists Store Manager with supervising, training and developing store personnel
• Assumes responsibility for the store operation and commercial department in the Commercial Sales Manager and Store Manager’s absence, on assigned shifts
• Assists with management of the Commercial and Hub Departments, (as applicable), to ensure commercial accounts and stores are serviced and deliveries are made as promised
• Delegates and ensures store merchandising tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Operates cash registers and follows established cash handling duties, including but not limited to deposits, petty cash and lane accountability
• Ensures all company policies, and loss prevention procedures are followed
• Utilizes ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives
• Maintains a safe working environment while ensuring AutoZoners are implementing those practices including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Monitors cash flow, inventory and security control
• Maintains sales productivity, store appearance and merchandising standards
• Conducts and reviews all opening and closing procedures
• Manages emergency situations and conduct proper emergency procedures
• Follows proper accident procedures
• Provides feedback regarding AutoZoner performance to the store manager
• Assists with monitoring and managing all activities related to Risk & Safety Management to maintain a safe work environment
• Addresses customer concerns and resolves them with a goal of turning a complaint into a compliment
• Processes returns and effectively manages inventory
• Communicates AutoZoner issues and concerns to the Store Manager in a timely and confidential manner
• Motivates AutoZoners to provide WOW! Customer Service, enhance productivity level and market products to enhance sales and profits
