Accomplished Professional Firefighter and Financial Planner and participated in multiple sports throughout my career and adult life. Began running in my teens and again in my early 30's before changing careers to the Fire Service. Immersion in the sport began after recovery from a serious leg injury, and continued through my daughter's interest and participation in running. We learned about training, shoes and nutrition and spent miles on the road together. Unfortunately my work schedule prevented me from committing to a coaching position which I am seeking now.
