  • I would arrive to shop, kit, and load materials for the project. Reviewed scope of work in case something was missed. I would then call the customer with an estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, I would knock on the door and introduce myself to the customer. I would run down the scope of work that I would be performing that day to ensure confidence in the customer and to prevent any miscommunications between sales and the work being performed. I would then start my work by laying down tarps and covering any affected areas with plastic. I would then perform full demolition, light plumbing, and installation of acrylic products. Cleaning as I went to reduce time spent on the project. Upon finishing the project, typically in one day, I would bring the customer in to view the final product. This would entail testing the system, as I explained how to use it. Upon approval, I would request final payment and ask for a review. End of day I would clean out the vehicle of demo from the day.
