Spec and quote new builds on Commercial trailers.

Manage customer base and solicit new business.

Liaison to City Council and preside over Council meetings.

Implement ordinances and directives of City Council.

Directly supervise City Administrator, Fire and Police Chief and City Clerk.

Spokesperson for the City.

Report state of the city to City Council and residents.

Manage operation, sales and growth with the help of Office manager/Dispatcher, Shop manager, multiple mechanics, and 50 drivers.

Started with 3 trucks and succeeded in growing the business to a fleet of 50 trucks.

Report to the Board of Directors on the operation status of 5 operating surface mine quarries in central Missouri.

Production scheduling, QA/QC, maintenance, bidding sales, profit/loss, equipment purchasing and Human Resources.
