- Works as a SME within our CDA group that handles complex and escalated issues independently
- Works across Fidelity and has maintained strong rapports with our internal business partners on Data best practices and guidance on how Data should be formatted and sent to Fidelity and provides suggestions/guidance on a scenario basis

- Curated a tailored training plan to help upskill and expand the CDA role to three new sites including training on how to use our mainframe systems, reporting and navigation
- Assists with the spec and load process, prer/fails, CDM pooled items, PDM configurations and enablement's in Metacenter
- Working with the FELS on testing of our systems including TPX mainframe, RCRD testing, and Regression testing.
