As a Skyzone employee, I have been trained in many fields of service. Most importantly, I have been trained in customer service as I help and talk to customers every day. Within the supervisor position, I am responsible for managing the work of court monitors and help cashier when necessary. I also plan the cleaning schedule which equally divides the tasks of cleaning for all court monitors. Skyzone is a great place to work for a first job because the work environment is helpful in learning customer service and experience in different fields of work. However, I am ready for a new job with more work hours and new learning experiences in a bigger company.

As a cashier, I am tasked to check in all guests to jump or play VR. I am the first face they see when they walk in and indulge in friendly conversation to help them feel welcomed. I also give the spill of our deals of the day and what jump times or sock sizes would fit them best. I believe the cashier position is important as it teaches workers how to handle cash and how to portray great customer service.

One of the many things that kids dream of is to have the best birthday party in the world. At Skyzone, we make their dreams come true as they have the freedom to jump and have fun before coming back to a well-decorated party room. Having a birthday party hostess is not only fun for the kids to interact with, but also helpful for the parent as they can sit back and enjoy the birthday party alongside of their child. As the host/hostess, our job is to decorate the party room, jump with the children, serve pizza and cake, and give a huge shout out over the intercom whishing the birthday child a big happy birthday. Our plan is to make the child feel like they're on top of the world and let the parents enjoy the party with their child as they don't need to lift a finger.

While the children are excited to be free to jump and do flips or play dodgeball, court monitors are employed to ensure safety. Not only do court monitors make sure everyone is following the rules accordingly, court monitors are there to indulge in activities with the children and conversations with the parents. With great customer service, parents will feel more comfortable as their children's safety is our top priority and children will feel special as we take time out of our day to play with them. Along with ensuring safety and conversing with customers, court monitors have the responsibility of keeping the trampoline park clean and sanitary.

Fuel Zone is SkyZone's concessions for our hungry customers. Within Fuel Zone, I am tasked to make pizzas for guests and birthday parties. I also serve customers food and drinks and cashier in the mix. The Fuel Zone position is important as there needs to be organization in when pizzas need to be done and the need for restocking. To make everything flow, the Fuel Zone position also deals with washing dishes at the right time and making sure customers are not waiting on service for a long period of time.
