  • Inova Fairfax Hospital , High School Volunteer, Competitive unpaid program serving and supporting Inova Fairfax Hospital in patient care and retail operations; I trained online and on-site for over 30 hours in Inova disciplines. Assist guests with selections and purchases in three on-site gift shops. Discharge patients via wheelchair transport, delivered flowers, patient mail and laboratory items. Assisted re-stocking, guiding patients and visitors around the hospital. I am also a volunteer for Inova's Holiday Canned Food Drive — collected, sorted, checked use-by dates, bagged and helped carry and deliver over 20,000 canned goods to distribution centers.   • Fourpaws.org , Animal Rescue Volunteer, Foster rescued cats and kittens in our home; cleaning litter boxes, feeding and providing love and care, meet and greets, until adopted. Some rescues stay in cages in our home, some not. We have fostered as many as 12 at once, depending on need, in addition to the once-monthly Saturday Adoption Fairs.   • St. Leo the Great Youth Ministry , 2015-, 2023, Attend weekly meetings and complete ministry work, including restocking St. Vincent DePaul pantry donations, parish holiday decorating, palm sorting, packing meals for Christ House, Fairfax Nursing Home caroling and visiting. Our Ministry includes many fundraising events such as making flowers for Mother's Day, Thanksgiving pumpkin pies, Chili Cook Off, making small blankets for mothers in need, making and packing hundreds of lunches for those in need. We did all outside Parish gardening during COVID-19.
  • St. Vincent De Paul Society Pantry , OTHER VOLUNTEER, Fairfax, Virginia, 2016- 2021, My Mom and I shop for and donate very specific items requested each month for the food pantry. Items include school supplies, adult diapers, specific canned goods, pancake mix, peanut butter, toothpaste, bar soap and various toiletries.
