• As a team Flow-co for approximately four years with Kaiser Permanente, I managed medical provider and assistant schedules. I helped facilitate adjacent team staffing, ensuring patient continuity and quality of care.
• I collaborated with multiple departments, achieving excellent customer service while bolstering a proficient team that demonstrated an exceptionally positive clinical work environment with exceptional communication and medical skills.
• As a flow-co, I assisted the department managers in daily tasks, making minor independent decisions and mentoring within the scope of the KPWA Medical assistant role, thereby improving team skills and performance levels.
• Communication and “speaking up” make a team excel in patient care. Also, awareness of standards of conduct that stay within KPWA policies and adhere to HIPAA and other pertinent laws in the State of Washington has been my policy.
• In the seven years with Group Health, I excelled in the MA role, becoming proficient as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), as I collaborated with providers and nurses, creating the “workflow” of the team for more excellent proficiency in daily tasks. I was granted the opportunity to define a flow-co position with functions to assist the team in exceeding daily duties within the CMA scope/role in the team.

I have supervised wait staff, bartenders, and Hostesses for ten years -while working at different Olive Garden restaurants. This includes opening NEW stores and Training new teams.
