I started at Food Lion as the Assistant Customer Service Manager. Approximately 6 months later I was promoted to the Customer Service Manager. In July 2014 I became a Front End Specialist and traveled to all the Food Lion locations from state to state training and coaching the staff on new equipment. In September 2015 I came back to the store as the Assistant Store Manager.
* Responsibilities included hiring,disciplinary actions, coaching, scheduling, payroll, cash control, ordering grocery truck, stocking, building displays, inventory audits and other requirements when the Store Manager was on vacation.
I started this job when I got out of high school. My duties where answering the phone, putting appraisals together and odd jobs.
