My goal with FedEx Ground South Dayton Hub is to use the knowledge I've gained in almost six years of experience of training Package Handlers to develop an efficient, reliant van load line with minimal supervision required so I may focus on specific areas when needed.
I have already accomplished this goal once on a smaller scale. As FedEx Ground has grown from partnerships with Amazon and other companies so has my routines and training methods. I am confident I can teach others to accomplish this again on a larger scale with successful accuracy and time management results.
