I am a certified Personal Trainer, as well as a group fitness trainer, and have received certification training for TRX use. I find joy in teaching group classes and pushing my clients to be the best version of themselves in and outside of the class. I love teaching and holding classes because it requires group effort and seeing others gives a good little competitive vibe for each individual to push themselves further than they thought they could. It is all about getting your mind, soul, and body strong and achieving those small goals each time that lead to the big ones.
