- During this time I was a substitute “area lead” when the designated lead was not there, mostly running Flex 2. I hand filled prescriptions in manual, worked with the larger scale automated fillers (flex, and baxter), packed prescriptions that were fragile or needed temp control, and even took care of the “BMCS” on the main dock so the truck could be easily loaded multiple times a day. NDC changes, Brand changes, Lot changes, etc. I spent time working in “the cage”, I was a “tote runner”, I was the assistant packing lead for a period of time.
