Granted the opportunity to work in a high paced urgent care. Dealt with a wide variety of patients from different backgrounds, ages and personalities. Performed various tasks daily, including monthly and quarterly inventory using facility cost reporting records, documentation of crucial information, promoted office efficiency, coordinating charts, completing insurance forms, helping patients with diverse needs, assisted with routine checks and diagnostic testing by collecting and processing specimens. I was able to become proficient in using many programs such as EMR, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Citrix and more. Additionally, I was able to receive certificates as a Drug Testing Technician and Alcohol Breath Testing Technician in my time here. Overall, I am very content and grateful for my experience in NextCare Urgent Care.
