  • In My daily work life, I communicated with 911 dispatchers on the phone and the eight trucks under my command at work through the radio
  • I also communicated with distressed drivers over the phone and sent help
  • I gather data from the customers, 911 dispatchers, and truck drivers

  • About fifty to sixty events occur regularly; it would go up to eighty events when busy
  • The events open like a ticket system, and I have to put in all the data, including how and when they started and ended, and close them accordingly.
