I have received a few for being mentioned by name by customers for helping them either locate items in store, tracking down orders, a well as handling a few complaints when dealing with other associates to help alleviate the problem and get them on their way. I have also received a few from being mentioned by associates underneath me for always being positive and timely when they were in need.
