  • Senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant and citizen-focused delivery of financial and administrative services including managing and over-seeing workflows within the office as well as the 5 satellite locations.
  • Supervised 37+ employees in the office including the 5 satellite offices. I was in charge of hiring, firing and all disciplinary action taken.
  • Maintaining daily administrative oversight including attendance, time off requests, internal communications and interdepartmental coordination.

  • Conceptualized, launched, and spearheaded the growth, profitability, strategic planning/execution, vision, staff leadership (75+ employees), human resources, marketing, culture development, and success of this multi-store wireless smartphone, device, accessories, and services dealership in East Tennessee and North Georgia.
  • Opened the initial store in 2005 and aggressively expanded to 15 stores throughout East Tennessee and North Georgia that included researching/selecting new markets, analyzing demographics, choosing locations, negotiating leases, overseeing store buildout to ensure compliance with T-Mobile/Sprint standards, and hiring/training employees.
  • Orchestrated the growth and success of the business by creating the organizational structure that included hiring, mentoring, and developing the VP of Sales & Operations, HR Officer, District Managers, Corporate Trainer, Operations Manager, Bookkeeper, and Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Sales Leads for each location.
  • Drove annual sales growth to best year of $23 million and maximized profitability through cost control of the $20 million budget through company-wide P&L administration and cost control of labor, inventory, and store leases.
  • Created a positive organizational culture that maintained one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry by clearly communicating expectations, maintaining compliance with HR policies, quickly resolving staff complaints, maintaining competitive salaries/commission structures, and implementing health/retirement plan benefits.
  • Led the company to winning several Sprint corporate awards for top sales volume average per store out of all dealers in the US for 3 straight years, developed the Clinton Highway store as one of the highest grossing locations in Tennessee (winning multiple Sprint awards), and developed several Managers that won Sprint performance awards.
  • Directed the conversion of all 15 stores from Sprint to the T-Mobile concept and was awarded compensation award of $10,000 per store for coordinating timely construction and ensuring conversion of all locations ahead of deadline.
  • Generated consistent annual revenue growth by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, and special weekend event campaigns for each store that built name recognition for the business, generated new leads, and increased customer traffic.
  • Continually improved sales rep and manager performance by establishing a standardized sales and management training/certification program that ensured every employee’s understanding of their roles, goals, company standards, and expectations to maximize their impact on the company.
