Responsibilities included but not limited to :

• Functioning as "Landlord" for 21 individuals in supportive housing program.
• Oversee rental payments / arrears for tenants in program in conjunction with benefits specialist.
• Maintain meticulous records surrounding Sublease, Tenants Rights, Grievance Policies, Support Plans / Reviews, and Monthly contact notes for all individuals admitted to program.
• Follow up consistently and regularly on all pertinent matters.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking in patients.
• Helping new patients with intake forms.
• Giving new patients consultations.

• Responsibilities include:
• Obtaining and documenting patient vital signs.
• Obtaining blood samples via venipuncture or capillary puncture.
• Administering EKG tests.
• Assisting RN with patient care, answering phones and call bells.
• Providing 1:1 observation of patients when necessary.
• Also responsible for overall cleanliness and safety of unit.
