Jason Jones

I was originally hired as a HVAC Controls Electrician to manage the field operations of a large statewide controls project. From there I served in any and every capacity needed as the company grew. From installing residential furnaces to managing commercial projects, to currently managing the field operations of a new energy auditing division.

I was the fifth employee and the first experienced tradesman. We are above 60 employees in all of our divisions now and I am proud to say that I was instrumental in that growth.

I have an incredibly diverse skillset, great problem solving skills, I love to teach and mentor and am very good at customer relations. I use every one of those daily in my current role.

I was in business as a remodeling contractor doing primarily design/build type commercial projects under $100,000.

This included all aspects of projects from inception to completion. I focused on listening and then delivering the clients exactly what they asked for at the highest quality possible.

As I often self performed much of the work my skillset literally includes every building trade. Most of those skills are at a high level.

With anything I do my customer service skills and my ability to build relationships is paramount to all else.

Managed and Installed electrical projects with a focus on BMS/DDC projects and Fire Alarms from inception to commissioning.

Served an apprenticeship, and I took my journeymans test in1993 and my masters in 2005. I don't carry either one currently.

I have worked on almost every type of project imaginable from residential remodels, complex controls projects, commercial build outs to ground up factories and powerhouses.

There is not an electrical project that intimidates me and I approach each one with intrepid intentionality.

I also worked outside of the union during this time at a school district, a foundry and a dairy equipment company in different technical aspects.
